The Warren Court with Dr. Gary Hylander Part 2

Dr. Gary Hylander will be back to talk about the Warren Court, the Supreme Court under former California governor Earl Warren, that ran from 1953 to 1969.  Wikipedia explains: The court was both applauded and criticized for bringing an end to racial segregation in the United States, incorporating the Bill of Rights (i.e. including it in the 14th Amendment Due Process clause), and ending officially sanctioned voluntary prayer in public schools. The period is recognized as the highest point in judicial power that has receded ever since, but with a substantial continuing impact. Told in Hylander's humorous and inciteful way, this three-part program series promises to be fun. Registration REQUIRED.
